2016 was quite the year for me. It was the second year of grieving the death of my partner. An anniversary which I expected to go better than the first one, except it didn't.

My cure for everything is exercise. It's not a surprise that the best way to start the week (for me) involves a trip to the gym. I love getting up early on a Monday morning, having coffee, showering, getting my gym bag ready and going to the gym before the rush hour.
